We are confident that our software should not let you down. However, if something does come unstuck you can quickly contact our Support Team. Simply check what type of support (e-mail only or e-mail and telephone) is provided in your package and get in touch.

We aim to respond to e-mailed support requests within 1 hour. If your package offers telephone support, you will have our immediate attention. The speed with which we can set things straight will obviously depend on the nature of the problem but we can guarantee to get our best brains working on it as soon as possible.

Should you happen to be in the Ipswich area, we would be happy to welcome you to our humble abode where the welcome is warm and the tea and coffee abundant. We would be happy to chat with you about Safestep, Integrated Telephony, any other IT questions you may have, the weather, the football, shoes... While we are happy to see you at short notice, or even none, we do suggest you phone ahead as the constraints of actually doing business mean that sometimes the office may be unstaffed.
