Pingtel

Pingtel is a voice over IP system that runs on SIP. It offers advanced call features including; call forwarding, call routing, call holding, call monitoring and call recording. One of its key features is that as it runs on SIP it can be used for external recipient voice communication over IP. This allows for remote sites to communicate in voice from 1 end to another entirely over IP, removing costly phone bills (if both ends fully support SIP). If only 1 end supports SIP then it can be changed into analogue voice signal at a PSTN (if SIP supporting), so with additional contracts allows for; long distance voice over IP, with the final leg of the communication in analogue voice down the end recipient telephone.
