Swyx

Swyx is a IP Telephony technology that provides a complete telephone system including options for voicemail, fax and call switching to name a few.

The system can run over an existing ethernet data network and requires only the minimal of server for a small business's telephone system. The system offers advanced call features including; call forwarding, call routing, call holding, call monitoring and call recording. Along with full intergration (where handset compatable) into PC applications to allow for PC dialing from contact lists, Internet Explorer and other windows applications. The Swyx Solution offers easily setup and managed user ID's to allow for staff roaming/moving phones without affecting advanced call features.

There are a number of options for phone setup as listed below:

• Swyx Standalone Phones, which do not require a connected PC. These allow for the most direct replacement of an older telephone network, with phones rangeing from simple and easy to use entry level IP Phones, up to 4 line display, self labeling keys, with a vast array of function keys.
• Swyx IP Softphone, a fully intergrated phone and PC solution. This allows for complete control over the phone, records, PC entered dialing and application interfacing on the PC, or on the phone. When the PC is switched off the phone can operate, but without any of the PC held data/options.
• Swyx USB Handset, is the traditional IP telephone. It is a compact phone handset that is fully intergrated into the PC and relies on the PC for its operation.
• Swyx Headsets are ideal for receptionists and helpdesk staff due to there comfort, easy of use and the option of wireless connection to the PC in certain models. They are a fully intergrated solution and require the PC for operation.
• Sywx Wireless DECT system, comprises of a central wireless base box that allows wireless connection from a range of wireless DECT handsets. The base box is connected into your data network and has options to connect to repeater stations wirelessly to expand the wireless handsets connection coverage.
