VOIP Telephone systems
During our history we have used many telephone systems and by far the best has been a VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) system called SWYX a fully desktop intergrated telephone solution, incorporating hard and soft handsets. As a company we do not major on this as a sales product but, for the truly interested institution, we are willing to supply, install and train in SWYX as a service along side of one of our main systems like Safestep, OpenPATH or LynxNET.
We are currently looking at a SIP (Session Initiated Protocol) VOIP system that fits in with the whole idea of a open source installation - that being MTDSIP a fully integrated SIP telephone service that works with most standard SIP handsets.
