Our Consultancy service is geared for us to providing the best service to you as possible. With this aim comes our guarantee that we will take time to understand your business needs and future direction with you, so that we can develop a robust, secure, hassle free solution that works with your businesses individuality.
We design, install and maintain a large range of different environments and scales for our variety of customers. Some of the elements of infrastructure and software we have previously installed is listed below:

• Securely connecting offices, incorporating solutions for mobile works.
• Utilising IP-telephony (VOIP), Website hosting.
• Bespoke software solutions and databases.

Training is geared to customers needs and requirements, as agreed during the installation period. The format and scope of the training is tailored to the needs and experience levels of the operators / personnel to be trained. Faithworks-i.t recognise that training may have to be split over several days to accommodate the client's normal working schedule. In any event all installations and products have telephone support for a 3 month period after the installation date. We offer the highest level of co-operation to all our customers.
